The objectives of the Night Stalker Association (NSA) are to:
1. To preserve the memories and comradeship kindled by the mutual experience of service with the 160th SOAR(A).
2. To render assistance to worthy members, their surviving spouses, and families by means of college grants, loans, special financial assistance, camaraderie, and personal guidance.
3. To provide for the collecting and dissemination of information concerning the organization and its members in local and national reunions.
4. To provide for the patriotic assembly of its members in local and national reunions.
5. To perpetuate the "Night Stalkers Don't Quit" spirit and tradition for future generations.
